About

The Villa is a century old, modern renovation that blends both its 400 year history with heavy thick walls, a century old well on the ground floor, with a refined interior design layout.

A two floor inside fireplace within an open lounge and breakfast area creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in winter, while the building structure provides shelter from the heat in summer. A romantic courtyard garden enables sunbathing or simply enjoying a glass of champagne.

Fully airconditioned. Gym on premises. Catering for vegetarians, Vegans and any intolerances (with prior notice).
  
A boat can be rented for CHF 50 per hour, CHF 100 per half day, CHF 150 per day. NO LICENCE required.

With appointment, a lake tour can be provided on a classic pre-WW2 mahogany runabout. Trip duration half day, CHF 400. Alternatively, travel in style with private passages to and from Lugano CHF 200. Max. PAX 3. This can include wake-boarding and / or a tube for kids.

Location

Nestled in the heart of the quaint, historic fishing village of Brusino Arsizio, 15 metres from the shore of Lago di Lugano, centrally located between Lugano, Como, Varese, Milano. In Brusino Arsizio you can breathe freely, relax, dream and get inspired by nature. Enjoy ample outdoor activities, from boating, hiking, cycling, water skiing, ping-pong and gym, to fine dining, with very good restaurants all on the lake in direct vicinity. Do shopping at Foxtown or "aperitivo" Italian style, or dance the night away in Lugano, Como or Milano.

Also possible is the use of a boat to hop over to Morcote (no licence needed) or a cruise on a classic mahogany runabout dating from before WW2.
